This is a legal agreement between you, the end user and JingFei 
International Cooperation LTD.(hereinafter the "JFImagine") 
By using JFDraw products,you are agreeing to the terms of this 
agreement. 


WARRANTY

JFImagine provides this software and documentation solely on 
an "AS IS" basis, without warranty of merchantability or fitness 
for any particular purpose. The entire risk of product use is 
with the user. 

The software and documentation are not represented to be error-free. 
You are agreeing to hold JFImagine harmless against all liability or 
damages resulting from the use of this software or documentation. 
We do not guarantee the support on this product.

COPYRIGHT

You may download this software FREE of charge and may redistribute 
the software from  www.jfimagine.com location, provided the license 
agreement is displayed as part of the download mechanism. However, 
this software is not to be sold, in any form, or combined with 
original software works without further license grants from JFImagine.
