JFDraw Web Start Solution   

We started to offer a simple-to-deploy web based vector graphics management solutions for our clients who are interested in their own JFDraw web start like enterprise level web applications.

You can deploy such an application architecture under any major web server and web technologies, such as MS Internet Information Server(IIS),Apache Web server, Tomcat Web Server,etc. And plain html plus java scripts,jsp/servlet, asp, php,perl, cgi and etc. You need only a little knowledges about Java Web Start to do this.

  • What will a webstart.jsp file do? It's a very simple jsp routine that used to generate a text based command to run JFDraw! Sure it can be written by any other languages! Such as java/jsp,js,perl,php,asp,cgi and etc.
     
  • You can view or download the source code of webstart routine both in java/servlet and jsp now.

    Note: in the download package webstart.zip, you'll find the jsp routine will be simpler other than a java/servlet routine of webstarting JFDraw, although they would generate same jnlp files.
